The European industrial and engineering market is really competitive for a VET graduate and thus he or she should be provided with innovative skills that protect him/her from being a NEET youth (Not in Education or Employment). This will be achieved by the cooperation scheme of three organizations, each specialized in a different field (NGO working with reverse engineering technologies), VET school, a private sector enterprise specialized in the organization and the implementation of educational programs for professionals and VET students).
Target group:
- Developing a methodology and educational material for teaching the reverse engineering methodology to VET learners
- Testing the methodology and educational material
- Increasing and developing the ability of organizations to manage international project and cooperate with foreign partners in the VET field
- Increasing the employability of VET learners
