UPGRADE is a European Erasmus+ project in the field of youth that uses videogames as a tool for inclusion, education, and empowerment of young people. The core of the project is equal access to the digital world, the development of skills, and the promotion of an inclusive and safe gaming environment.
Objectives
- Empower young people through gaming as a tool for social inclusion.
- Develop digital and professional skills.
- Train youth workers on accessibility and inclusion.
- Promote responsible gaming.
- Strengthen the employability of young people with disabilities.
- Develop educational and digital learning tools.

- Young people experiencing social exclusion or belonging to vulnerable groups.

- Organizations and professionals working in the fields of inclusion and disability.

- UPGRADE Community Hub: a digital platform.
- Educational modules on accessible gaming and skills development.
- Living Labs (co-creation workshops).
- Dissemination of results and best practices at the European level.
